In the Pay App History, please make the SOV sheet available for each pay app. As of now, we can only see the SOV for the current billing period. That gives us the ability to see what our total billing is for each item, but we can't see what we billed for each item on any previous pay app (except the first two).
You should be able to see the SOV for each Pay App by going to the invoice history on the contract, selecting "View Details" for the invoice, and opening the Pay App doc. There should be a second tab which contains the SOV snapshot for this pay period.
Please let us know if there's something else you're expecting to see.
