There needs to be an option for the subcontractor to decline billing for the month.

Hello, does this suggestion mean you would like your subcontractors to be able to elect to not billing a given period and that notify your team so you are not waiting on their billing?

I would like an option to mark a Vendor as a "No Bill" for the month. Right now, I have to keep a separate spreadsheet to remember which bills I'm waiting for and those I know will not be submitting a bill for the month.
