Administrative Control over Member Assignments

We have different approvers on our jobs. Unfortunately, anyone can alter the assigned approvers. It would be beneficial to have an admin control that locked this in place where only a select few had the capability of changing. We have had problems with these assignments being changed without permission. It creates conflict and confusion. Please consider this idea for better controls.
