SOV - Section Headers/$0 Lines

There needs to be the ability to have a $0 line item in the SOV to allow for section Headers. For example some trades breakout by Section and Floor the various material and labor cost. Or you may have Building 1, Building 2 and then have floor 1, floor 2, floor 3. Another example is common areas. This helps greatly in review by having shorter line names.
