I would like to have the option to allow subcontractors / vendors who work off of Purchase Orders, a way to bill over their contract sum without issuing a change order.
Subcontractors need to be able to bill and get paid for all work completed.
We have to be able to bill for work actually done not just what was in plan.
This ability is available in Vista therefor it should be available in Trimble Pay. Please fix asap.
Fully support this request—it's critical for our unit-price subcontracts in heavy civil work. Contract quantities are only estimates, and overruns are common. We need our subs to bill actual units that exceed the original quantity without having to issue a change order each time.
