Currently, all team members under the "company accountant" role receive the "Official unconditional is available" email notification. This is unnecessary since not all accountants are involved in all projects. The project team members who are assigned to each project should be the only members who receive notifications about that project. Team members who are not assigned to the project are getting email notifications when waivers are available. Why? Can this be stopped so only the applicable members receive notifications? We do not want all “Accountants” receiving the payment/waiver emails. Only the accountants assigned to the respective project.
