Partial Retainage - Unconditional Waiver Support

Hello, At times, we allow our sitework crews to draw retention early rather than waiting several months for the project to fully wrap up and release it all at once. Providing the subcontractor with a partial retainage payment. Given that this is a fairly common practice for us, it would be beneficial if when those early payments are released, the subcontractor can sign off on receipt of payment vs. waiting for the entirety of retention to be released to fully comply with unconditional lien waiver support.
