Real human on Chat

We would all benefit from a real human monitoring the chat. After a couple of questions and we still need help, a customer service rep needs to be available, not just help articles.

    losing the chat function has been a MAJOR hit with how I feel about Trimblepay. It was great being able to guide Subs there when it wasn't something I could help with. Now I tend to just make a ticket myself with their issues because I feel like a piece of shit telling my subs 'go make a support ticket and good luck'.

    Using the chat and knowing I was either going to get Daniel/another real person was comforting and quick fixes

    I agree! I was surprised to find the chat was gone. I could get things taken care of quickly with a person. Now I wonder how long the response time will be with emailing support. The AI is pointless as far as I am concerned.

    One of the things I rated Flashtract/Trimble Pay so highly on was the excellent support I received. Being able to chat with someone in real time made the experience so much better.
