Wrap line descriptions

Line descriptions on Schedule of Values currently only show a certain number of characters. After that the description disappears and you must hover over each line in order to read it. Wrap longer line descriptions so that they can be read in full. The current method is especially cumbersome for large Schedules of Values. It is difficult to follow and/or find the line you are looking for.
