Have a button for a subcontractor to request the contractor to archive old projects!

Our Active projects list is getting huge because contractors haven't archived projects that have been over for years. PLEASE put a request button to click to send an email to request the contractor archive the old project, so it will come off our Active projects list, since we can't archive them ourselves as subcontractors!
