Give ability to control frequency of compliance notifications

For compliance notifications, it would be helpful to have the ability to control the frequency of notifications, specifically the Expiration Advanced Warning. Currently, a notification is sent each day beginning 30 days prior to expiration of a document. In some cases, a new document will not be uploaded until much closer to or on the date of expiration, so the daily email is not necessary.

If the frequency cannot be controlled, then instead I would ask that the daily warning reflect the correct number of days until expiration. Currently, the daily warning consistently says "expire in 30 days" even though the expiration is one day closer with each day that passes. (Example: I have a document that expires on 8/31. I get an email on 8/1 saying it expires in 30 days. The email I get on 8/18 still says "expire in 30 days" even though the document now expires in 13 days.) With this, we can create use Outlook rules to declutter the daily email.
