Hey Rachel, Trimble Pay sends an email when your invoice is declined and when a comment is left on the contract. The email comes from no-reply@flashtract.com. Can you check your user roles on the project to see if you are marked as the POC, and also search your email inbox for a email from no-reply@flashtract.com.
