Advanced Document Forwarding Setting

Document Forwarding settings need to provide a way to specify what attachments are forwarded and in what format they should be forwarded.

We have document forwarding set up to forward approved invoices to our semi-automated financial operations platform and it is a big inconvenience when our platform cannot pull the invoice details because the document forwarding email is either missing an attachment entirely or only includes a zipped file attachment. We need the attachment to be a PDF. Ideally we should be able to choose exactly which controlled requirements and specify if we want any uncontrolled requirements to be sent by Document Forwarding. At a minimum there should be a way to specify for a combined PDF to be sent every time without fail.

Currently Trimble Pay's document forwarding upon approval feature is not consistent. Sometimes the email attachment will be a combined pdf and a zipped folder of all of the components, sometimes it will send only a zipped folder, and sometimes nothing will be attached.
