Previously there was the ability to delete uploaded documents in the compliance and vendor section. We have numerous companies that are using this software for the first time uploading nonrelated documents. It would be nice to be able to fix this. Also, sometimes uploading documents for a vendor a file will get uploaded to the wrong location/vendor and there is no way to fix that.
@Guest we are releasing an update on Tuesday 03/18 that will allow you to delete compliance documents in the vendor compliance tab and we already support the deletion of compliance doucments at a project level. Is this what you were looking for?
This feature is still available from the Dashboard. Click Dashboard>Click on the Project>Click Compliance Tab> From this menu you will scroll to find your vendor/sub and use the >drop-down to view uploaded compliance documents. To delete hit the trash bin icon to the right of the compliance item. Please keep in mind deleting a document might cause the sub to become non-compliant and they would receive an automated email notifying them of the status change. Tip: Delete documents prior to uploading any new documents (same day) since documents are labeled by date, not title.
