Customer would like a report that displays what subcontractors across all projects do and/or do not have lower tiers reported.
GCPay has this functionality and several of their customers have mentioned they like it to me.
Also for a lower tier column on the payments dashboard that shows if all lower tier waivers have been reviewed/approved/rejected.
