The current automatic naming for uploaded Compliance documents does not allow for any way for Subcontractors to include their file name or document description which makes more challenging to review compliance at a high level.

We enter all the compliance items into Vista and it would be nice if it all transferred to Trimble Pay for the Subcontractor.

We are looking to track and collect compliance requirements for all lower tier subcontractors on our job. If they will be stepping foot on our jobs we want to be sure they have insurance and I would like to track this inside Trimble Pay.

It would be useful to add such things as a subcontract to sign, or a request to sublet, or minority documentation and goals. As a compliance item when inviting vendors to a project. Making this program a full subcontract management application.
