Compliance

It would be helpful if subs could electronically sign compliance documents. For example, the ability to electronically sign a subcontract agreement in Trimble Pay. (Similar to how they can sign the billing requirements).

Customer would like to see compliance docs that need review in the task list - or at least somewhere in the app. Emails are noisy and easily lost and when you have a lot of projects, manually checking each one is too cumbersome.

Add dates for: creation of compliance item, date compliance item is satisfied by sub, date compliance item is marked compliant by GC; This allows us to track timely submission of requirements from subcontractors.

On first level approvers, require all subcontractor uploaded documents to be opened, reviewed and approved before allowing the approval of the invoice. The next reviewer(s) can be assured that the documents have been reviewed for compliance before...

Certified payroll for example needs to be collected with each invoice, but it's cumbersome for users to create the same requirment each period.

Example: closeout documents need to be triggered when the subcontractor bills for retainage.

Trimble should show what member marked a compliance as approved for tracking purposes.

Because TrimblePay Compliance does not interface to Viewpoint, we wanted to use TrimblePay as our main compliance control rather than entering it in both places. But TrimblePay will allow us to pay a vendor even if they're out of compliance.

We would like to start collecting closeout documents at 50% completion and again before retainage is approved.

I would like to be able to click into a project, click compliance, then see at a glance which vendors are completely in compliance. As it is I have to first sort by vendor, then check each individual line to verify. Visually its very clunky.
